Yes, once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email along with your order ID number.

We understand that your pet just can't wait to get their gifts from PETBESTY! We will dispatch your order to you as soon as possible.

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Most of our orders are delivered by Australia Post however sometimes we work with other courier providers to ensure the most efficient delivery service for you.

Standard Shipping is approximate 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping is approximate 1-3 business days.

Good news! PETBESTY provide Free Shipping on all orders over $79 to major cities!

PETBESTY also offer Same Day Delivery service in Metro Melbourne (order by 3pm), the shipping & handling fee is based on the postcode.

PETBESTY offer 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
