A bit small for a grown cat .
Ophelia B.
Great for cat litter. The odour is significantly reduced and the tray is easy to clean.
Tracy L.
I am not the only customer to point out a little more direction to install the chimney element would be helpful.
With it being plastic you don’t want to risk forcing it the wrong way and snapping it.
Also, the inside is a little smaller than feels ideal.
Apart from that it’s a useful addition to the household. It does reduce odour which is the main thing I was after. I would recommend it as it ticks most boxes for the price.

As the tray is not air tight, often my cats wee will slip through the cracks between the tray and the box. Otherwise its fine
Kai Z.
It is not well designed and the material is kind of soft. When the litter (Ever Clean in my case) sticks to bottom, it becomes very hard to scoop, and even harder to scoop up the litter in one piece (my the other litter box does not have this issue with Ever Clean). The rectangle at edge is also difficult to clean. Overall an over prized item.

Really happy. I don't have to contend with bits of cat litter all over my laundry floor and through my house anymore now. My cat who is 15 years old had no problem adjusting to her new litter box, she had only ever had open air ones before. My daughter also has purchased one for her new kitten.
Jordyn B.
It came with some deep scratches on the door !

Excellent fast delivery

The cat little box is light weight and gives privacy to puss when he is doing his business. The only issue is that if there is a good amount of litter in the tray my cat has a tendency to pee over the back of the tray which then pools and runs our underneath which is a big job to clean! Early days but I’m trying less litter which seems to be working.
Laz S.
It leaks pee from the back wall into the front. Terrible design regardless of the cat size (I have a small female cat).
Cass C.
Overall it is good, although the removable base does allow for cat urine to seep down the wall and create a pool below the base, this has only happened one time in a month of use. If there was a better deal this could be avoided
Jasmine O.
It’s ok a bit bulky and takes up space but my cat got his front paw stuck an trapped in the swing door at the bottom trying to enter , so had to permanently remove the door for safety reasons, due to me maybe not being home next time to help him get the paw out . Big disappointed in this reality.. maybe this reality wasn’t taken into account by the designers ?

The best cat litter house I have ever owned
Rebecca
While it’s visually pleasing and pretty good at trapping odours, it’s definitely not an ideal litter box if you have a cat that urinates high or on walls. The drawer is not water tight and cat urine seeps underneath the drawer and into the base, which then seeps into the floor. We use puppy training pee pads to help soak up as much as we can but ultimately, they get torn up. We bought two and it’s great for my male cat who squats to pee, but our female cat definitely makes a mess.

Very pleased

Love it
Nadine G.
I love it and so does my kitty, but if he was too much bigger he wouldn't fit.
Andy A.
Looks good and keeps the big smells at bay and the kitties love it too! They got used to it in no time at all.
Amanda N.
Amazing, exactly as described
Scarlett B.
States it’s leak proof but unfortunately this is not the case. Litter box is constantly leaking as when cat pees on the side of the tray area it leaks through and then out the bottom of the tray! So disappointing!
Amanda B.
Our kitty loves her cat litter house. It’s nice and private for her and no problems using the swing door.
Annelise
My cats really enjoy using this. We did find that the door was a big problem though, but that was okay because it was easily removed
Sean
Easy to clean and keeps smell in
R Z.
Unfortunately it didn't work for my cat who is on the bigger side.
He pees on the side and the litter box allows the pee to leak out to the floor, making the whole cleaning very messy.
It might be good for small cats
Caroline P.
This would probably suit a small, female cat. Mine cats are medium - around 4-5kg - and at least one of the cats is peeing above the height of the litter tray and there is pee on the walls and floor, which are really hard to clean and it stinks of urine if I don't clean it up all the time. So although the pull out tray may be handy, the effort to clean the inside makes it more work. I'll be ditching this for something easier.
Eddie
part of the flap has broken off so it cannot be used / installed correctly, but otherwise really good!
Roxy T.
Love our Pet Besty! Our friend recommended it to us when we got our kittens. They only took a day or two to get used to using the flap door. Contains the smell and is easy to change the litter. Extremely well made and competitively priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!
Kathryn
Such a cute litter tray
Rachael O.
Not great, was too small and a pain in the butt to clean, I ended up buying a Michu brand litter box, and it's amazing. I Don't recommend the petbesty If your kitty pees high or is average size. more for a petite cat
Ayfer Y.
Absolutely love it. I love it, my cat Rocky loves it. No mess no smell..... recommended it to every cat owner
Shiralynn
Great product came as described
Georgia
My cat loves it, easy to put together, exactly what I was looking for!
Sloane O.
Great litter box. Has contained mess and smells and stopped my older cat ambushing the kittens while they do their business! Also looks pretty
Rhiannon
Very cute litter box that my kitten used straight away. I did remove the door to make it easier for her to get in and out
Mert T.
Love it! Does the job and it makes cleaning easier! Also keeps the room from stinking up!
Isabella
Looks good. Easy to clean. Would be a touch small for big cays.
Anthea B.
This litter box looks good, the only problem I have is my cat tends to pee close to the doorway which means pee goes over the floor and under/inside the box
jerry a.
Love the design of this cat litter blends right in with my furniture
Brian
Still smells the same as an open box. Not worth the price at all
Marree N.
Cutest litter box I've ever seen! Actually looks nice in my laundry area. People keep asking what it is, which makes me immensely happy because I dislike the look of an open litter tray and this one has a neat little disguise. My cats actually like it too :)
Isabella
Good product
Alicia Z.
I love my pet bestie. My cat worked it out in no time. :) Great!
Alyssa-Jane K.
The tray catches the litter well, rarely do I find litter on the floor.
My kitten got used to the door quite quickly
Angela E.
I just received the litter box and my kitty couldn't wait to try it out, even using it as a place to sleep and refusing to come out. This is the first time she has used an enclosed litter box, so I removed the door to help her quickly adapt to it. It's a very functional and good-looking litter box. We love it!
Shannon
Been over a month and never arrived. Trying to get a refund, but response time is slow.
Monique Z.
Great litter box…. I took the door off so my cat could get used to it but so far so good.
Glorious
Great
sylvie h.
love the style and colour.. and l really love how it doesn't even look like a cat litter tray
Sebastian R.
Holy cow!!! I struggle with litter trays cause my cat is too smart and always gets litter EVERYWHERE!! This has helped greatly with this, the only litter on the floor is from my partner failing to clean haha!
The lid is really nice and easy for my cats to use (although removed for our little kitten to get used to it first), good quality and doesn't stink at all.
The only issue was there wasn't instructions in the package and I struggled to attach the stink controller on top. Otherwise, 10/10!
Deborah H.
Pet Besty cat litter house box arrived quickly, I'm really happy with it and my cat used it straight away, I did have to take the door off it as my cat did not have enough room, would be great if there was a larger size that came with a deeper tray. I love that you can slide the tray out, fantastic!! overall very happy with my purchase and it looks great too :-)
jimal D.
Great but needs more charcoal for filler
Belinda
Absolutely amazing! It’s exactly as described, my cat loves it and it’s super easy to clean with the slide out tray. Would definitely recommend!
Isabella
It's only been a week, but so far so good.
Vanessa L.
Love this product. It’s exactly as described and my cat is happy using it ☺️ Delivery was excellent! Great experience overall.
Trent F.
Looks awesome! And keeps the smell in quite good.
Chloe S.
I already had a relatively new litter box however it wasn't fully enclosed so odours esacped. The door and charcoal filter will hopefully do the job at reducing unpleasant smells. I use tofu litter and scoop daily to keep it as clean as possible. I think it would be even better if the whole front would flip open for easier cleaning but it's a good size, functional and looks nice in my small apartment.
Anne
Gave me wrong colour
Rose S.
I love the shape of it, and it helps contain the smell. I wish the top came off for easier cleaning of those pesky side wall pees, haha. I have yet to see replacement filters for sale.
Viet Anh V.
not only him loves the house, I also love it too :)) so nice !! amazing
Rebecca F.
I wanted a litterbox that would match my bathroom and look more like a piece of furniture than a litterbox and this meets both requirements very well. Also I had an extremely good customer service experience.
Yuna W.
Really happy with this cute, neat and effective litter box. The interior space is larger than I expected. My kitten and bigger cats took to it immediately.
Sequoia W.
Looks just as pictured. Cat still learning how to use it with the flap on, but otherwise it’s great!
Mostafa M.
Very nice
Helena A.
It is perfect for containing unpleasant smells and gives my cat privacy.
Barney
I bought the lilac box and it is fantastic. It really is as pretty as it looks in the pictures. My cat was used to an open litter box but he learned pretty quickly to use the door flap, and I initially removed the flap to get him used to the enclosed space. Very easy to clean and empty.
Michelle L.
Looks nice. My cat, Molly seems to prefer the enclosed litter box.
Tracey F.
Best cat litter house ever. Contains the mess and smell and easy to clean thats why I have 2
Kellie C.
There's no more smells and it is much easier to keep clean.
Mark M.
I bought two of these white cat boxes recently. They look so nice in my house. My cats like the privacy. The drawer makes it easy to clean and scoop the litter out. No bad smell any more. Happy with my purchase.
Kyle W.
It looks great with our bathroom decor, and the quality is great! Recommend!
Amber b.
Awesome littler house! Comes assembled, just have to put the tray and chimney on and your set! I have 2 cats and it suits them perfectly! Easy to clean as well just pull the tray out and chuck the litter! I absolutely love it!
Tracey F.
My cats love it the room doesn't smell will be saving for another one
Christine W.
I love the look and the concept is great, the trap pad is very useful, and the shovel is easy to store and use. I took the door off so my kitten would use it, and then put it back in place after she becomes familiar with the space. I would highly recommend this product.
Vanessa W.
Cute design! Love it
Tan L.
Absolutely love it! My kitten has gotten so used to it so quickly and it so good for him to have some privacy and own space! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s on the fence about it
Rebecca S.
Absolutely love it, such a great design. Perfect size to fit into the space.
Yvonne T.
I found the best place to put this litter box. Looks so nice in my living room. Great design and no more mess! Love it!
Sabrina K.
Love this product! It's clean, streamlined and looks great. I love that it had not set up to it and was delivered already built. My cat loves it too :)
Kelly M.
Beautiful design and it doesn’t smell at all. My cat very happy to use the box. I also bought a bag of clumping cat litter that works very well, highly absorbent and less odour. I'll buy some more next time.
Katelyn H.
Absolutely thrilled with it - looks amazing and fits perfectly in my bathroom. Nice and spacious too
Kerry E.
The purple litter box is soooo pretty! Perfectly fits my bathroom. Worth to wait!
Ellen T.
So sad I didn’t find this earlier!
My cats used it straight away - the change in smell and mess from an open litter tray is mind blowing! Would definitely recommend
Peta M.
Great litterbox, looks good as well as functional.
David L.
Goose was super happy with his new toilet, much more privacy and mess free!
We love that there is nearly no bad smells thanks to the enclosed design and charcoal chimney deodoriser, also fits in with our home aesthetics beautifully.
A Z.
New litter box arrived today for my coming kittens. And my big boy shows me he loves it as well :)
Anton L.
Best litter box we’ve used by far! The design fits our bathroom interior really nicely, not to mention how helpful the tray is to stopping litter tracking.
Only wish I found this sooner, we’ve wasted so much money on litter boxes with lesser quality and being clunky to use, we can say for certain our Bella has found her favourite!
Kay W.
My cats love it
Hannah H.
Love it
my two cats love it and they make a lot less mess getting out of the litter box but not anymore it’s reduced so much.
Since using this I cannot smell anything from the litter either
Maddi G.
Great quality and really nice item. Looks great for a litter tray! Fast delivery too.
My cat hasn’t decided on her thoughts yet but I’m sure she will come to love it!
Karlee M.
My cat is quite tall and this tray fits her perfectly. There’s no litter mess or bad smells and it is spacious. Very happy with this purchase!
Lauren M.
Love it! Looks so stylish and fits in my house easily without being an eyesore. And is also very practical; I’ve noticed no odour and no kitty litter spilling out. It’s also super easy to clean the litter and my cat seems more comfortable using this private one compared to my old open one.
Sue N.
Love it!
It fits perfectly in my bathroom
Jessica D.
My cats love this cat litter box definitely!! My two-month-old kittens insist on trying to use their mother's new litter box, even though they are having a little trouble climbing up now...They don't use their baby open litter box anymore, that's so funny.
And the foot-pedal design could collect the litter tracking , so it has reduced the litter tracking to almost nothing and easy to clean up.
I love this cute house, looks so fancy and stylish!
