My Bluey loves her new kitty toilet

Perfect for my feline, without the lid, she doesn't like it.
Very happy with this product.

Very happy with the litter tray, my girls don't like the lid but that is their personal choice so I have put it aside.
My only gripe was the time it took for dispatch and delivery, otherwise very happy with the product.

Third time lucky! I tried a typical litter tray, then I tried a slide in litter tray inside a larger tub. In both, my kitty would pee in the corner and her wee would end up outside the tray - which meant lots of cleaning. So with this new one, the high walls are perfect for this habit of hers. She can get through the door easily, and everything stays inside. It’s quite big, take care to look at the measurements. I’m sold, using this from now on. A little pricey but not the worst given that I needed a solution to a particular problem. Thanks!

I thought my cat wouldn’t play with a bell on top of his litter… how wrong I was Good product, quick delivery.

A decent box - plastic reasonably strong, unlike a similar one I bought from another provider. I use it without a lid, as that is most cats' preference, and they are all using it without incident.

As described, very happy with it.

Our cat loves it, and it is easy to clean. We were sent the wrong colour but received the yellow one is quite nice so all ok

The litter box is very large and of excellent quality. My furry kid loves it! Even before putting in any litter, she went in to check it out. I love the design of switching between enclosed mode and open mode, very flexible. The free litter scoop is also very useful!

The quality is really great! I’ve bought many litter boxes before, but none were as good as this one! It’s super large, and the material is excellent—not the soft, flimsy plastic, but sturdy and supportive. The height is just right to prevent litter from spilling out. It’s truly impressive—this is the first time I’ve found a litter box of such high quality!

My cat likes it very much. It is easy to get in and out and there is a lot of space.

Finally, a litter box with a high entrance and flap door that stops any bits of litter falling out. Very good design.

I have emailed Pet Besty and received no response to my complaint below.
When my order arrived I discovered that there was no lid with the litter box. I checked the order confirmation email and found that my order was for ‘Open Style - No Lid and Teaser Toy / Cheese Yellow’. This in itself was confusing as I wanted the complete box.
As a consequence I placed a second order, this time for the lid with an attached flap door - as per the website's photograph. This was order number #7569.
The lid has now arrived, however it has no ‘flap door’.
As you can imagine what was intended to be a simple purchase has become a very frustrating one where I have paid shipping twice and have not yet received what I paid for.
Could you please respond to my email and send me the “flap door” which should have arrived with the lid I ordered, as per your picture.
